Since the passage of the 1996 Telecommunications Act, our group has provided representation to major wireline providers on many aspects of their retail and wholesale businesses, including negotiation and arbitration of interconnection agreements, litigation of consumer and enforcement issues, government relations and navigation of complex state and federal regulatory issues.
Our group has developed broad experience representing a wireless industry leader on a diverse range of business and real estate challenges, including infrastructure development and siting.
