Attorneys
All attorneys in the group have a thorough knowledge of the health care industry and the challenging legal issues that face the industry. Our Health Care Practice Group consists of more than 50 attorneys, many of whom dedicate their practice exclusively to the representation of health care industry clients. The other attorneys in the group regularly represent health care clients and practice in such areas as corporate (including mergers and acquisition), labor and employee relations, tax, real estate, employee benefits, finance, antitrust, commercial law, intellectual property and litigation.

Our Health Care Practice Group was ranked by Nightingale's Healthcare News (February 1, 2011) as one of the nation's largest health care practices.
