Biography
Alec Brasser is a partner practicing primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending and corporate finance. He has represented financial and strategic buyers, venture capital firms, management groups, publicly-traded and closely-held businesses in mergers, acquisitions and financings of all types, including leveraged buyouts, mezzanine and other venture capital financings and going private transactions. He has represented financial institutions and borrowers in secured and unsecured loan transactions of all sizes and types, ESOP loans, venture capital and leveraged buyout financing, interest rate swaps and other derivative transactions, reorganizations and workouts, loan syndications and participations, equipment finance and credit enhancement facilities for industrial revenue and other bond offerings. He also represents early stage and high growth companies and investors in corporate structuring private placements, angel and other financings.
